MCPS
Mission Control and Planning Simulator is a RF level radar simulator carrying out the test and evaluation of attacks It simulates a radar target environment and assess the radar’s capacity in detecting a jammer alongside the other targets at a range of 150kms in a lab environment which otherwise would cost millions of dollars . The Simulator provides graphical control for the creation of targets and radar motions, allowing complex scenarios to be created and visualized with ease. Targets may be defined at static locations or to follow user-defined paths. The radar may also be fixed at a static location or set to follow a user-defined motion.
It also has the ability to detect Electronic counter measure Strategies – in which a jammer captures the frequencies of the radar in order to manipulate it.
MCPS being a generic radar simulator can be configured to any type of radar whose scan pattern could be circular, sector, spiral etc.

Description
Perimeter Surveillance Radar System (PSRS) is used for providing secure zones around you. The main operational ideas of this system is scanning the area around you and detecting the moving targets (intrusions) which can be a threat for you. PSRS has advanced technological features such as human/animal detection and target classification, low size, low weight, low power consumption, mobility and rapid deployment. It tracks and records targets 24 x 7 – with radar that can detect intrusions even in the lowest-visibility weather, such as rain and fog. Multiple selectable RF frequency spots ensure that different sensors do not interfere with one another. The built in GPS and digital magnetic compass, helps translating the target positions relative to the sensor to geographical lat-lon values – thus enabling the plotting of the targets on geographical maps using internet-based map services. The system provides for a configurable alarm function – depending on the range and speed of the target the alarm gets triggered. The system has three types of alarms – audio alarm, visual alarm and network alarm. Traana did the complete system design, implementation, integration and field testing of the PSRS.
